Nicole Majik, an Empowerment Alchemist, is an ongoing Strategy client and had us create her Majik Portal in MemberVault.
Her Challenge:
As a seasoned coach, Nicole has a ton of content from her many years of coaching experience, so she ended up with tons of offerings but no way to corral them in a well-organized area for everyone to see (and want to buy!). She found herself recreating courses, workshops, meditations, and more because she wasn’t able to see how much work she had already done. Out of sight, out of mind.
Her Goal:
Nicole knew she needed someone who could take her magical products and set them up like a beautiful storefront window encouraging people to buy. I quickly recommended MemberVault based on the concept of “binge and buy,” because I knew that once someone saw all of the offerings lined up, they’d want them all. Our goal was to create a beautiful MemberVault portal that both welcomed cold and warm leads and encouraged them to purchase one of the many things Nicole offers.
Our Solution:
We started with an initial 60-minute Strategy Session. On the call, we used a Google Doc to organize her LONG list of products and services, from a small price point all the way up to her most premium package. Then we kept narrowing the list down until we were satisfied with the amount that she wanted to highlight in the portal.
Once we had the list of products and services, Nicole took some time to sort through the materials she had for the selected offerings. She used our Google Doc to order the materials and link to PDFs that she already had created or had her VA team design for her. Nicole also took the opportunity to clean up some recorded videos and even record new ones. The Doc helped her sort and track all of the particles that each item had. It was a checklist for her to follow.
Results:
The immediate benefit for Nicole was seeing just how much she had created in her career and to celebrate that. She also noticed that she had done the bulk of the hard work and that now she could delegate out the smaller things, like cleaning up a PDF or editing a video. These are things that are not in her zone of genius, even though she is fully capable of doing these things and has for years! With my recorded tutorials to refer to, Nicole now updates her own MemberVault portal to keep her offerings fresh. She knows she has a reliable platform that is set up properly and that if she gets stuck, she has my team and me to consult with.
